The SafeLine Convoy Control Team, operating under the Wortex Group family, successfully carried out convoy control duties on the event server during the Winter Journey convoy, ensuring the event was completed in a safe, organized, and professional manner. The event was organized by Sentinel Express and supported by a highly coordinated control structure consisting of 11 Convoy Control members alongside 2 TruckersMP Admins.
The preparation process was conducted with great attention to detail. All planning stages, technical checks, and task assignments were initiated well in advance to guarantee a smooth event flow. During the initial testing phase, a technical issue was identified within the first profile. In response, the team promptly transitioned to a second profile preparation process, carrying out comprehensive testing and adjustments until all systems were fully optimized for the event.
At the start of the convoy, a two-sided departure from TruckersMP HQ was implemented, allowing traffic flow to be managed in a controlled and balanced manner. Throughout the convoy, the SafeLine team actively handled road safety, speed control, junction management, and participant coordination. Potential disruptions were prevented through quick interventions and effective communication, maintaining a consistent and disciplined convoy structure.
The event was completed without any technical or organizational issues, offering participants a secure and enjoyable convoy experience. Through strong coordination, discipline, and professionalism, the SafeLine Convoy Control Team played a crucial role in the overall success of the Winter Journey event.
This achievement once again highlights the team’s experience in convoy management and reinforces SafeLine’s strong and reliable position within the Wortex Group structure.
