• The Convoy Control Team successfully completed its first Event Hosting assignment, professionally managing convoy order, traffic flow, and coordination throughout the event.
• Pre-event planning, task allocation, and internal team communication processes were fully implemented, preventing any disruptions on site.
• To maintain community order, discipline and monitoring processes were actively maintained, and the membership of 4 members who violated the rules was terminated.
• Infrastructure, team, and task planning for future events and larger organizations has been initiated as of December.
