Wortex Group does not adopt a structure that mandates participation in convoys. Our community operates with the understanding that players may have different gaming expectations and that real-life responsibilities always take precedence.

It is natural and understandable that our members may not be able to participate in every convoy due to work, education, family responsibilities, or personal reasons. Therefore, activity evaluation in Wortex Group is not based solely on convoy participation. Players' general behavior, harmony within the community, communication, and adherence to rules are taken into account.

Furthermore, each player has a different gaming style. While some members prefer to participate in convoys regularly, others may choose free riding, individual play, or different game modes. Wortex Group sees this diversity as a richness and offers its members a flexible gaming environment.

In line with this understanding, Wortex Group aims to be a community that is free from pressure, respectful, and based on understanding. Our goal is to create a sustainable team structure where players can both enjoy the game and maintain their real-life balance.
