Wortex Group Company has implemented new regulations for the Event Department under the VTC Rules.

To ensure more organized, high-quality, and sustainable events within the community, the following rules have been put into effect:

&5.26 Teams wishing to utilize services such as Convoy Control or Media within Wortex Group are only allowed to choose one service. A team that chooses Convoy Control cannot utilize any other service in addition.

&5.27 Event routes must be planned to be a minimum of 600 km and a maximum of 1200 km. Convoys that do not meet these criteria will not be allowed to participate in order to ensure efficient use of the designated days and times.

&5.28 Convoys requesting event servers must have a planned, organized, and quality-standard-compliant slot layout. Events deemed disorganized, unplanned, or lacking sufficient experience will not be allowed to participate.

&5.29 If a member of another team, acting as an authorized person or driver, sends a convoy invitation on behalf of a different team, that invitation will not be accepted.

&5.30 In events with 30 or more slots, if the departure time exceeds 30-45 minutes, Wortex Group Company will not participate in the convoy.

All teams are kindly requested to take these rules into consideration. These criteria are implemented to improve event quality and provide a more efficient experience for all participants.
