2026年4月将至,对欧卡2中国共驰车队而言,这是车队成立三个月的里程碑,更是从初创走向规范发展的新起点。 车队组建以来,从携手起步到如今近80名队员同行,历经诸多挑战。期间管理部迭代、高层架构优化,让运行更高效。我们秉持“兄弟共驰”理念,同心协力化解困境,将“共驰”从口号变为全体队员的信念。
目前车队已逐步成熟,近80名队员因热爱相聚、因初心相守。我们坚持以人为本,打造有温度、有凝聚力的车队大家庭,坚守“没有一辈子的游戏,只有一辈子的兄弟”的信念,凝聚发展核心力量。
为激发车队活力,4月份车队将推出更新后的奖励体制。新体制遵循“公平、公正、公开”原则,细化标准、丰富形式,覆盖联运表现、活动参与等维度,认可每一位队员的付出,营造“比学赶超、互帮互助”的良好氛围。
立足三月积淀,4月份车队围绕“强化管理、丰富活动、提升实力、凝聚人心”制定目标:优化管理体系,提升决策效率;丰富联运、技能交流等活动;深化“兄弟共驰”理念,增强凝聚力;依托新奖励体制,挖掘骨干,推动车队实力提升。
三月风雨同舟,四月逐梦前行。我们将以4月为新起点,坚守“兄弟共驰”初心,践行新奖励机制,持续创新进取,让每一位共驰人发光发热,书写共驰车队的专属传奇。
April 2026 is approaching. For the Euro Truck Simulator 2 China Gongchi Team, this month marks the three-month milestone since its establishment and a new starting point for its development from an initial stage to a standardized one. Since the team's establishment, it has grown from a small group to nearly 80 members, overcoming many challenges. During this period, the iteration of the management department and the optimization of the senior structure have made the operation more efficient. Adhering to the concept of "Brothers Co-Racing", we have worked together to resolve difficulties, turning "Co-Racing" from a slogan into a belief shared by all team members.
At present, the team has gradually matured. Nearly 80 members have gathered out of love and stayed together with the original intention. We adhere to the people-oriented principle, build a warm and cohesive team family, and uphold the belief that "There is no lifelong game, only lifelong brothers", gathering the core strength for development.
To stimulate the team's vitality, the team will launch an updated reward system in April. Following the principles of "fairness, impartiality and openness", the new system refines standards, enriches forms, covers dimensions such as intermodal performance and activity participation, recognizes the efforts of every team member, and creates a good atmosphere of "learning from each other, catching up with each other and helping each other".
Based on the accumulation of the past three months, the team has formulated goals for April around "strengthening management, enriching activities, improving strength and uniting people": optimize the management system to improve decision-making efficiency; enrich activities such as intermodal transportation and skill exchanges; deepen the concept of "Brothers Co-Racing" to enhance cohesion; rely on the new reward system to discover backbones and promote the improvement of the team's overall strength.
We have stood through storms together in the past three months and will forge ahead in April. Taking April as a new starting point, we will adhere to the original intention of "Brothers Co-Racing", implement the new reward mechanism, continue to innovate and make progress, let every Gongchi member shine, and write the exclusive legend of the Gongchi Team.
