1. Acceptance

By joining Green Raven Transport, you agree to follow these Terms & Services and all TruckersMP rules. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or removal.

2. Membership Requirements

Members must:

• Have a valid TruckersMP account in good standing
• Maintain respectful behavior
• Meet basic activity expectations
• Follow all GRT and TruckersMP rules
• Must apply via discord for whitelist linked in social front TMP VTC page

**Management reserves the right to accept or remove members at any time. **

3. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Treat everyone with respect (no harassment, discrimination, or toxicity)
• Represent GRT professionally in-game and on Discord
• Follow instructions from staff and event organizers
• Use appropriate language and avoid conflicts

4. Driving Standards

All members must:

• Follow TruckersMP traffic laws and server rules
• Drive responsibly and avoid reckless behavior
• Not ram, block, troll, or intentionally disrupt others
• Use GRT tags/branding when required

5. Activity & Participation

• Members should remain reasonably active (If Possible)
• Leave of Absence (LOA) must be communicated to management
• Participation in events must remain professional at all times as this represents us as a great VTC

6. Events & Convoys

During official events:

• Follow all instructions from Event Staff
• Maintain convoy discipline (no overtaking, proper spacing)
• Avoid disruptive behavior
• Use voice/chat channels appropriately

7. Company Assets & Conduct

• Do not misuse GRT branding, roles, or identity
• Do not impersonate staff
• Keep internal information confidential

8. Disciplinary Actions

GRT may issue:

• Warnings
• Suspensions
• Removal from the VTC

Severe violations (e.g., harassment, cheating, major bans) may result in immediate removal. All decisions by management are final.

9. TruckersMP Compliance

All members must follow official TruckersMP rules. Repeated or serious bans may lead to removal from GRT.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued membership means you accept any changes.

11. Agreement

By joining Green Raven Transport, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Services.
