The confidentiality of personal data and the protection of your privacy are important, basic values in all of our operations. We maintain an extremely high level of data protection. We process your personal data only for appropriate purposes defined in advance, and only when it is necessary.

Below, you can find a step by step guide on how to request your TruckersMP data:

Sign in to your account.
Hover over the Account tab.
Go to Settings.
Click on the Account Settings tab.
Scroll down to the Account Data section.
Click on the Generate Data Dump button, this will put your request in a queue and collect all information.
Once collecting your data is completed, you can click on the blue download button.
A new tab will open in your browser and show all the data in JSON format. By using a JSON formatting tool found on the internet, you can copy paste the content and make it look more readable.

The data dump will be available for up to 48 hours. You can delete it earlier.
