We are a company run by 2 friends who both enjoy the ETS2 game and have now decided to create our own VTC, we have very low requirements and rules to make the trucking experience more enjoyable without any pressure of ensuring mileage or hours are completed. We do have a driver progession as well within the company, this is reflected on how many miles you are on. The starting position is New driver and will run through to Legendary Driver whilst working for us.
Every month we will announce the employee who has covered the most miles in the month and who will be named as driver of the month.

Rules
• NO bullying
• No asking for a higher role
• Respect all other drivers within the VTC and outside of the VTC
• CANNOT be part of any other VTC whilst employed by us
• ALL Miles to be logged through Trucksbook
• Owner (Craig) and General Managers (Tom & Jamie) to be informed if wish to leave the VTC
• Have discord and be a part of our discord channel whilst working for us
• Follow ALL TMP rules
• Keep speed under 100kph (62mph) so that we accrue actual miles

Requirements
• Be online on either single player or multiplayer for a minimum of 1hr per week
• Must be 16+ and speak English
• Have an active discord account
• Attend a convoy at least once every 3 months minimum
• Have an account on trucksbooks
• Be happy with a 3 month trial working for the company
• Willing to have traffic offences turned on at all times
• Have no current active bans
• Punishment history to be fully disclosed
