fWe are an active team on the Euro Truck Simulator 2 TruckersMP platform, focusing on a harmonious and collaborative atmosphere. We regularly organize convoy events and fun competitions, allowing you to meet like-minded friends while enjoying the fun of driving and experience high-quality online gameplay.
I. Recruitment Positions and Requirements
1. Regular Team Members:
- Be at least 15 years old.
- Own a genuine copy of the game.
- Be familiar with TruckersMP rules (no more than 5 bans in the past year).
- Be willing to use the unified name format and join the team group/Discord. 2. Event Organizers:
- Be enthusiastic and have spare time.
- Able to plan online events.
- Possess good organizational, coordination and communication skills.
- Ensure events are joyful and safe. 3. Order Maintainers:
- Master TruckersMP rules.
- Be able to handle internal team matters fairly and gently.
- Timely correct rule-breaking behaviors.

·You must always comply with the TruckersMP Rules and Terms of Service and the Discord Rules and Terms of Service. ·YST's reputation must always be maintained, including but not limited to adhering to TruckersMP rules, maintaining professional driving behavior, and treating community members in a positive, respectful and helpful manner. ·Always use YT exclusive uniforms during official YST events. ·Unless working as a staff member for external events, the YST Team logo must always be displayed. ·Any injunction received must be reported to the YST Human Resources Manager within 48 hours. ·Unless you are granted absence leave (LOA), you must meet YST's monthly assessment requirements. ·Joining other teams at the same time is strictly prohibited; membership is limited to YST only. ·Prohibiting the dissemination of any internal YST-related content outside the fleet.

Here, you can participate in regular convoys, fun competitions, and various activities. We place great value on mutual support and growth among members, making every freight journey across Europe full of the joy of teamwork.2. Recruitment Positions and Core Requirements(1) General Entry Requirements (Applicable to all positions)1. Must be at least 15 years old and capable of independently participating in multiplayer activities;2. Must have basic English reading and writing skills to handle basic communication in multiplayer scenarios;3. Must have at least 250 hours of gameplay in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and be familiar with basic game operations and freight mechanics;4. Must always comply with TruckersMP rules and Terms of Service, as well as Discord platform rules and Terms of Service;5. TruckersMP account must be registered for at least 3 months, and account ban records must not exceed 3 times;6. Must agree to use YST-exclusive skins in official YST activities and always display the YST team tag in TruckersMP (except for external activity staff);7. Must join the official YST Discord server, as well as the YST Driver Center, and use the TrackSim task recording system;8. Must actively maintain the reputation of YST, including but not limited to: strictly following TruckersMP rules, maintaining professional driving standards, treating community members with a positive and friendly attitude, and proactively offering help; moral discrimination against team members is prohibited; if collisions occur during events, video evidence must be submitted to the event management team, private reporting is prohibited; violation of this rule will result in a warning.3. Application Method1. Please prepare personal information, including ETS2 gameplay hours screenshot, TruckersMP account registration duration and ban record screenshots, in-game nickname, age, and contact information;2. Join the official YST Discord server, contact an administrator to submit your information and complete initial communication. After approval, you can officially join the team.
