Treat all members, including drivers and staff, with respect and kindness.

Disrespectful behaviour, harassment, or offensive language will not be tolerated.

Always be courteous during convoys and when interacting with others, whether online or in voice chat.

2. No Cheating or Exploiting

Do not use any mods or hacks that provide unfair advantages (e.g., speed mods, ghosting, or vehicle modifications).

Abide by all TruckersMP and game rules regarding mods and gameplay to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all members.

3. Safe Driving

Follow traffic rules and avoid reckless driving both in-game and during VTC convoys.

No ramming, trolling, or blocking other drivers on the road. We aim for a realistic and smooth experience.

Speed limits should be respected, especially during official convoys and events.

4. Communication

Use the designated channels for communication (e.g., Discord, TeamSpeak, etc.). Make sure your username matches your VTC ID.

Participate in convoy discussions, event planning, and regular VTC meetings to help build a stronger community.

Voice chat is encouraged during events and convoys but keep it friendly and relevant to the topic.

5. Convoy Etiquette

Be punctual and ready for all convoys, ensuring that your truck and trailer are in working order.

Follow convoy leaders' instructions and respect the convoy’s pace and formation.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled convoy, notify the VTC leadership in advance.

6. Reporting Issues

If you experience any technical issues or encounters with other TruckersMP players that violate the rules, please report them through the proper channels (e.g., VTC staff, TruckersMP support).

Keep any private or sensitive information within the VTC confidential.

7. No Drama or Toxicity

Keep personal conflicts and drama outside of the VTC. We want to maintain a positive and supportive environment for everyone.

Any form of trolling, toxicity, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
