Diesel N Donuts VTC: Official Rules Welcome to the rulebook! We like to keep things as sweet as a glazed donut and as smooth as fresh asphalt. While we are a casual and relaxed VTC, we do have a few ground rules to ensure everyone has a great time and that our company maintains a good reputation on the roads.

By wearing our tag and being part of this community, you agree to the following:

1. General Community Rules Respect Everyone: Treat your fellow drivers, management, and players outside the VTC with respect. Harassment, discrimination, racism, or bullying of any kind will result in an immediate ban.

No Drama: We are here to escape the stress of real life, not create more. Keep personal arguments out of the public chats. If you have an issue with another member, please open a ticket or message a manager privately.

Real Life Comes First: Family, school, and work always take priority over a virtual truck. You will never be punished for putting your real life ahead of the game.

2. TruckersMP & In-Game Rules Follow Official TMP Rules: You must abide by all official TruckersMP rules at all times. This includes obeying traffic laws, speed limits (where applicable), and respecting right-of-way.

No Reckless Driving: When you wear the Diesel N Donuts tag, you represent us. Intentional ramming, blocking, trolling, or reckless driving will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the VTC.

The Player Tag: While driving on TruckersMP for the company, please use the in-game player tag Diesel N Donuts (or D.N.D) colored in our official company color (e.g., Orange/Pink/Brown).

Convoy Etiquette: During official VTC convoys, listen to the Convoy Control (CC) team or the event lead. Keep a safe following distance (at least 70–100 meters, depending on ping) to avoid rear-end collisions due to lag.

3. Discord & Voice Chat Rules Keep it Clean: Keep the general chat friendly and Safe For Work (SFW). Any NSFW content or inappropriate links will be deleted.

Voice Chat Etiquette: If you have a lot of background noise (barking dogs, loud TVs, heavy breathing), please use Push-to-Talk (PTT). Avoid talking over others, especially during large convoys when instructions are being given.

No Spam or Unsolicited Advertising: Please do not spam the text channels or advertise other VTCs/Discord servers without permission from the management team.

4. Activity & Job Logging Keep it Casual: We do not have strict daily or weekly quotas. Drive when you want, how you want!

Stay Active: To keep our roster clean, we simply ask that you log at least one job per month or interact in the Discord occasionally.

Leaves of Absence (LOA): If you are going to be away from the game for an extended period (more than a month), just drop a quick message in the #loa channel so we know you're safe and don't accidentally remove you for inactivity!

Disclaimer: The Management Team reserves the right to handle rule-breaking on a case-by-case basis. Punishments can range from a verbal warning to an outright ban depending on the severity of the offense.
