1. 准入要求 认同星驰物流团队文化，服从车队统一管理、统一调度安排行车作风端正，无恶意别车、路怒、违规乱跑、无故挂机行为，遵守交通法规与游戏/现实运输规则，杜绝闯红灯、逆行、严重超速，新人入队需简单考核：在线时长、行车态度、服从度三项达标即可正式入编

2. 行车纪律 统一车队标识、统一涂装规范，外出运输代表星驰整体形象 组队运输听从领队指挥，保持车距、编队行驶，不擅自离队、不半路跳车，严禁私自诋毁队内成员、内讧吵架、对外抹黑龙驰品牌口碑，运输途中不恶意撞车、不故意卡队友、不半路抛车堵路，文明同行准时出勤活动，无故长期失联、长期不上线按清退处理

3. 管理规则 管理层公平公正，不徇私、不偏袒，处理矛盾公开透明，队内大小事务群内公示，重大决策全员协商投票，严禁管理滥用职权、随意踢人、随意辱骂队员，离队成员禁止挖队内人员、禁止恶意抹黑车队声誉

4. 形象&品牌要求 对外统一称呼：中国星驰物流，不随意更改队内对外名称，对外交流礼貌谦逊，树立专业、稳重、帅气的物流车队形象，队内LOGO、队标、队名文案独家专属，禁止外队私自盗用照搬

1. Admission requirements Agree with the culture of the Star Logistics team, obey the unified management and scheduling arrangements of the fleet, have a correct driving style, and have no malicious behavior such as leaving other vehicles, road rage, illegal running, or hanging up without reason. Comply with traffic regulations and game/real transportation rules, and prevent running red lights, going in the wrong direction, and serious speeding. Newcomers to the team need to pass a simple assessment: online time, driving attitude, and obedience to meet the three criteria to officially join the team

2. Driving discipline Unified fleet logo, unified painting standards, representing the overall image of Xingchi for external transportation Team transportation follows the command of the team leader, maintains distance between vehicles, drives in formation, does not leave the team without authorization, does not jump off the bus halfway, strictly prohibits private slander of team members, internal strife and arguments, and tarnishes the reputation of the Star Racing brand to the outside world. During transportation, do not maliciously crash, deliberately block teammates, or throw a car halfway to block the road. Civilized peers should attend activities on time, and those who are lost or not online for a long time without reason should be dealt with as being removed

3. Management rules The management is fair and impartial, without favoritism or bias, handling conflicts openly and transparently, publicizing all major and minor affairs within the team group, negotiating and voting for major decisions by all staff, strictly prohibiting management abuse of power, arbitrary kicking, and verbal abuse of team members. Members who leave the team are prohibited from poaching team members or maliciously tarnishing the reputation of the team

4. Image&Brand Requirements Unified external address: China Star Logistics will not change its internal and external names arbitrarily. It will communicate politely and humbly with the outside world, establish a professional, stable, and handsome image of the logistics team, and exclusively use the team logo, logo, and name copy.
