** VTC Conduct & Rules**

LobsterPotHaulage is built around having fun, enjoying trucking together, and being part of a positive community. To keep things that way, we only ask a few simple things.

Reporting Members

Reports should only be made for serious issues, such as violations of VTC rules, TruckersMP rules, or server rules.

Minor incidents happen. Small crashes, accidental bumps, or harmless mistakes are part of the game. Only report someone if their behaviour is becoming a repeated problem or is clearly intentional.

Drama & Personal Disputes

Personal disagreements are not VTC matters.

We're all adults. If you have a disagreement with another member, please try to resolve it between yourselves. Staff will only become involved if a rule has been broken.

Attempting to bring personal drama into the VTC, involve other members, or create division within the community may result in removal from the VTC.

**Community Rules **

• Don't be rude
• Absolutely no bullying, harassment, or targeting of other members.
• Don't try to control, command, or boss people around.
• Friendly reminders and helpful guidance are always welcome.
• Treat everyone with respect.
• If you have the opportunity to make someone's day better, take it.
• Ask before sending private messages to members you don't know.
• You're free to join or leave whenever you like, but please don't use our livery while representing another VTC.
• Harassment of any kind will result in permanent removal. No exceptions.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

• Following members around with the intention of causing discomfort.
• Repeated unwanted messages.
• Any behaviour designed to intimidate, annoy, or target another member.

Tickets & Support

If you have a genuine issue, you're welcome to open a ticket using our Discord, and it will be reviewed personally.

However, tickets created for unnecessary "he said, she said" drama, petty disputes, or attempts to waste staff time may result in removal from the server.

This doesn't mean you can't reach out for help. If there's a genuine problem, support is always available. Just use common sense and be reasonable.

Final Note

This VTC belongs to all of us. The community we build depends on how we treat each other.
