Talons Knight Transit

Section 1 - Respect

1. Respect ALL members of Talons Knight Transit at all times. That includes but is not limited to: Staff members of any Kind, Drivers, Recruiters, etc.
2. Arguing of any kind is prohibited in ANY chat is prohibited. This Includes but is not limited to Any Form of voice chat Involving Members of the company THAT IS NOT PRIVATE Any Form of Text Chat involving the Company or its members not related to the argument or not part of the argument
3. Excessive Cursing is prohibited.
4. Sexual Harassment and Bullying are strictly prohibited and will result in a blacklist.
5. Any attacks on the community or any members will result in a blacklist.

Section 2 - Distribution of Materials

1. Distribution of any Talons Knight Transit owned Documents/logos is strictly prohibited and will result in an instant blacklist.
2. Distribution of ANY materials Violating Terms of use of Discord or Teamspeak is strictly prohibited.

Section 3 - Respect to Staff

1. Do not question any decision made by the staff team. Everything is done for a reason and is voted upon by the Higher Staff before it is put in place.
2. Respect to ALL staff members is required at ALL times! If you feel like you are being targeted, please refer to Human Resources Complaint Form.
3. Do NOT lie to staff at any time.
4. You must aid Staff and Human Resources during an investigation when asked to.

Section 4 - Chain of Command:

1. You must follow Chain of command at all times. (ref. Section 8. For More Information)

2. If you break the Chain of Command, your problem will become the least of the priorities. Section 5 - Abuse of Power:

3. Rank is a privilege, not a right. It will be taken away if necessary.

4. Abuse of power is using your rank for your own benefit. i.e. Moving without permission, Demoting without consultation, banning without permission, etc.

5. DO NOT abuse your power. You WILL be Removed From the Company

Section 6 - Media:

1. Drivers are allowed to stream/record convoys whenever they want as long as they are in the appropriate channel and have the {LIVE/Recording} tag appended to the end/beginning of their name. i.e. {LIVE/Recording}Iceman Would be what your name would appear as in discord/teamspeak
2. If someone is recording, please respect them and be calm.
3. Due to streams and recordings, Push-to-talk is required for convoys.
4. Do not play music during convoys, you will be muted/kicked.
