LiquidVTC – Terms & Conditions / VTC Rules

Welcome to LiquidVTC. By joining or participating in LiquidVTC (the “VTC”), you agree to follow the rules and expectations outlined below. These guidelines exist to maintain a respectful, safe, and professional environment for all drivers and staff.

1. General Conduct

1.1 Members must behave respectfully toward all drivers, staff, and community members—both inside and outside LiquidVTC. 1.2 Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, bullying, or targeted toxicity will not be tolerated. 1.3 Keep conversations friendly and appropriate. Banter is welcome, but crossing personal boundaries is not. 1.4 Represent the VTC with professionalism at all times across TruckersMP, Discord, and other platforms.

2. TruckersMP & Game Compliance

2.1 All members must follow TruckersMP Rules and the rules of ETS2/ATS at all times. 2.2 Reckless driving, trolling, blocking, ramming, or intentionally causing accidents is strictly prohibited. 2.3 If you receive a ban on TruckersMP, you must notify VTC Management. Excessive or serious bans may result in removal. 2.4 Use of cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications is not allowed.

3. Activity Requirements

3.1 Members should maintain reasonable activity within the VTC, whether through driving, event participation, or community interaction. 3.2 Extended inactivity should be communicated to staff to prevent removal. 3.3 Members are encouraged to attend official convoys and events when possible.

4. LiquidVTC Systems & Assets

4.1 The LiquidVTC Tracker, Website, and other custom systems must be used responsibly and honestly. 4.2 Falsifying job logs, artificially inflating statistics, or abusing tracking features is not permitted. 4.3 Company skins, branding, and media assets may only be used by LiquidVTC members and must not be redistributed. 4.4 Tampering with or attempting to exploit LiquidVTC systems is grounds for immediate removal.

5. Communication Channels (Discord & In-Game)

5.1 Follow all posted Discord server rules. 5.2 Keep discussions in appropriate channels. 5.3 No spamming, advertising, or self-promotion without staff approval. 5.4 Respect staff instructions. Arguments with staff or ignoring directions may result in disciplinary action.

6. Convoys & Events

6.1 Drivers attending public or VTC events must maintain professionalism and follow event rules. 6.2 Use of the correct tag, paint job, and truck configuration (when required) is expected. 6.3 Do not overtake unless permitted by event rules or convoy control.

7. Staff & Leadership

7.1 Staff decisions must be respected. If you disagree, use proper channels to appeal or discuss the issue privately. 7.2 Staff members must act fairly, without bias, and in the best interest of the VTC. 7.3 Abuse of staff powers or privileges is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

8.1 Personal information shared within the VTC must remain confidential. 8.2 Screenshots, messages, or internal information may not be shared publicly without permission. 8.3 Use of LiquidVTC systems implies consent to store basic non-sensitive data such as job logs and profile information.

9. Disciplinary Actions

9.1 Breaking any rule may result in warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or removal from the VTC. 9.2 Severity, intent, and history will be considered in staff decisions. 9.3 LiquidVTC Leadership reserves the right to remove any member if their behavior harms the VTC’s reputation or community.

10. Amendments

10.1 LiquidVTC Leadership may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. 10.2 Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued involvement in the VTC indicates acceptance of the updated rules.
