1. Respectful Behavior:

Treat all members, both within the VTC and in the larger TruckersMP community, with respect and courtesy.

2. Language and Communication:

Use appropriate language and refrain from offensive or inappropriate behavior in all communication channels, including in-game chat, Discord, and any other platforms used by the VTC.

4. Discord Etiquette:

Follow the rules and guidelines set for the VTC's Discord server. Use appropriate channels for discussions, announcements, and other relevant topics.

5. Attendance and Activity:

Members are expected to be active within the VTC. Regular participation in convoys, events, and communication channels is encouraged.

6. Convoy Conduct:

Follow convoy instructions provided by convoy leaders. Maintain a reasonable distance between trucks during convoys. Respect convoy speed limits and traffic rules.

7. In-Game Rules:

Abide by TruckersMP rules and regulations while driving on the virtual roads. Avoid reckless driving, collisions, and intentional disruptions of traffic flow.

8. Vehicle Customization:

Adhere to the VTC's guidelines on the customization of trucks and trailers to maintain a uniform and professional appearance.

9. Reporting Incidents:

Report any issues promptly to VTC leadership for investigation and resolution.

10. No Hacking or Exploiting:

Prohibit the use of hacks, cheats, or any form of exploitation. Violation will result in immediate expulsion from the VTC.

11. Professionalism:

Present a professional image of the VTC when interacting with other players, both within and outside the organization.

12. Promotion and Recruitment:

Follow the VTC's guidelines for promoting the organization and recruiting new members. Unauthorized recruitment methods may result in disciplinary action.

13. Leadership Authority:

Recognize and respect the authority of VTC leaders and administrators. Disputes should be addressed through appropriate channels in a respectful manner.

14.Code of Conduct Violations:

Violations of the VTC's code of conduct may result in warnings, probation, or expulsion, depending on the severity and frequency of the infraction. Revision of Rules:

Rules may be updated or modified as necessary. Members are responsible for staying informed about any changes to the VTC's rules and guidelines.
