When speaking, you should use a polite tone and manner.Always respect others, whether they are in the team or outside of it. Do not use a lot of rude language. Do not teach code editing to anyone outside your team. Do not play around too much. Follow the rules and regulations. If a team member gives you a warning, keep an open mind and listen. If you are wrong, you must know how to admit it. If you are not in the wrong, you can argue.
