Rules

General Rules

Professionalism: Maintain a professional attitude and behavior during events, convoys, and online interactions.
Language: Use English as the primary language for communication. Avoid using excessive profanity or inappropriate language.
Harassment: No harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.

Membership Rules

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to join our VTC.
Application Process: All applicants must submit an application form, which will be reviewed by our management team.
Membership Approval: Membership approval is at the discretion of our management team.
Inactivity: Members who are inactive for more than 30 days may be removed from the VTC.

Convoy and Event Rules

Convoy Etiquette: Follow all convoy rules and instructions provided by the convoy leader.
Event Participation: Participate in events and convoys in a respectful and professional manner.
Gameplay: Adhere to the game's rules and mechanics during events and convoys.
Communication: Use designated communication channels (e.g., Discord) for event and convoy communications.

Gameplay Rules

Game Version: Ensure you are running the latest version of the game.
Mods: Only use approved mods that do not give an unfair advantage.
Cheating: No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics will be tolerated.
Reckless Driving: Avoid reckless driving, ramming, or intentionally causing damage to other players' vehicles.

Driving Style: Drive safely and responsibly, avoiding reckless behavior

Technical Requirements

Computer/Device: Have a computer or device that meets the game's minimum system requirements
Internet Connection: Have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps
Discord: Have a Discord account and be able to use voice chat
Microphone: Have a working microphone for voice chat

Activity Requirements

Activity Level: Be active in the VTC community, participating in events and convoys
Event Participation: Participate in at least one event or convoy per week
Reporting: Submit regular reports (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) to track progress and activity
