VTC Rules & Guidelines

1. Respect and Behavior

• Treat all members, staff, and the community with respect.
• Harassment, racism, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
• Follow TruckersMP’s official rules at all times.

2. Driving Conduct

• Drive professionally and responsibly during convoys and in public sessions.
• Do not block, ram, or overtake recklessly.
• Use proper lights and indicators; obey speed limits and traffic rules.

3. Convoy Participation

• If attending a convoy, follow instructions from Convoy Control or Event Staff.
• Maintain safe distance and follow the convoy speed.
• Do not use beacons unless authorized (e.g., Convoy Lead, CC).
• Avoid talking in CB Radio unless required for the event.

4. Activity & Inactivity

• Remain active by logging jobs or participating in convoys.
• If inactive for more than 30 days, notify staff or submit a leave of absence.
• Prolonged inactivity without notice may result in removal from the VTC.

5. Communication

• Use English in public VTC channels unless otherwise allowed.
• Do not spam, advertise, or post inappropriate content.
• Voice chats must be respectful and not disruptive.

6. Tag & Paint Job

• Use the official VTC tag and paint job during convoys and events.
• Do not misuse the VTC tag when not following VTC standards.

7. Mods & Game Use

• Use approved mods that are compliant with TruckersMP rules.
• Hacking, cheating, or exploiting game bugs is strictly forbidden.

8. Staff Interaction

• Follow staff instructions at all times.
• If you have a concern or complaint, report it privately through the proper channels.

9. Dual VTC Membership

• Dual VTC membership is not allowed unless permission is granted.
• Loyalty to this VTC is expected while you are a member.

10. Recruitment and Representation

• Only staff may recruit or promote the VTC externally. ( Unless a refer a friend program is active!)
• Represent the VTC positively at all times.
