Bharat Truckers Company Rules & Guidelines
Professionalism: All drivers must maintain professionalism while interacting with clients, colleagues, and other road users.
Timeliness: Drivers are required to deliver cargo on time. Any delays should be reported to the management well in advance.
Safe Driving: Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and guidelines for safe driving. Any accidents or incidents must be reported immediately.
Communication: Keep in touch with the dispatch team and report any issues or delays during trips. Drivers should also update their location as requested by management.
Proper Loading: Ensure that the cargo is loaded properly to prevent damage during transit. The weight distribution must be balanced.
Secure Cargo: Use appropriate securing equipment such as straps, ropes, and tarps to prevent any cargo from shifting during transport.
Cargo Integrity: If any damage occurs during transport, the driver must inform management immediately to assess the situation.
Routine Inspections: Drivers must conduct regular vehicle checks before every trip to ensure that everything is in working order. Report any mechanical issues immediately.
Cleanliness: The truck should be kept clean and tidy both inside and out. A clean vehicle ensures better driver safety and professionalism.
Fueling: Drivers must ensure that their vehicles are adequately fueled before starting a trip to avoid delays or emergencies on the road.
Shift Hours: Follow the company's shift guidelines, ensuring that drivers are well-rested and not exceeding work limits. Breaks should be taken every 4–6 hours of continuous driving.
Rest Periods: Drivers must take necessary rest periods to ensure their alertness and well-being. Fatigued driving is prohibited.
On-Time Delivery: Always strive to deliver goods within the agreed timeline. Inform clients in advance if there’s any possibility of delay.
Document Verification: Verify the delivery documents before accepting or releasing cargo. Any discrepancies must be addressed immediately.
Client Interaction: Always interact with clients politely and professionally. Ensure a positive experience for them by being cooperative and responsive.
Follow Local Laws: Adhere to local, state, and national laws for transportation, including weight limits, driving hours, and documentation.
Speed Limits: Always observe speed limits. Speeding is a violation of company policy and will result in penalties or suspension.
Safety Equipment: All trucks must be equipped with safety equipment, including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency triangles. Drivers should be trained on how to use these items in case of an emergency.
GPS Tracking: All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems to monitor routes, speed, and performance.
Performance Reviews: Drivers will undergo regular performance reviews based on delivery time, safety records, customer feedback, and adherence to company policies.
Penalties: Any violations of company rules will result in penalties, which may include fines, suspension, or termination of employment depending on the severity of the violation.
Eco-friendly Driving: Drivers should aim to reduce fuel consumption by adopting eco-friendly driving habits, including smooth acceleration and braking, maintaining steady speeds, and keeping tires properly inflated.
Vehicle Emissions: Bharat Truckers aims to reduce its carbon footprint. Regular maintenance of vehicles is necessary to ensure low emissions and efficient operation.
Accident Procedure: In case of an accident, immediately ensure the safety of all involved parties. Notify emergency services and Bharat Truckers management. Complete all necessary paperwork and provide reports.
Emergency Support: Drivers should know how to access emergency services and have company contacts readily available for assistance in case of breakdowns or accidents.
Company Apps: All drivers are required to use company-approved apps for route navigation, reporting, and communication. Unauthorized apps or devices should not be used while on duty.
Data Privacy: All company and client data should be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Sharing any sensitive information outside of the company is prohibited.
Truck Usage: Company vehicles must only be used for business purposes. Personal use of trucks is strictly prohibited.
Truck Condition: Drivers should ensure the truck is in good condition and report any damage, no matter how minor, to the management team.
Regular Training: Drivers will undergo periodic training for safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
Skill Development: Bharat Truckers encourages drivers to continue improving their driving skills and will offer training programs to help with this.
Continuous Improvement: Drivers and employees are encouraged to provide feedback on any challenges they face or ideas for improving the company’s operations.
Complaint Handling: If drivers or employees have concerns regarding the workplace, these should be addressed to management in a timely and professional manner.
Penalties for Violations:
Verbal Warning – For minor infractions.
Written Warning – For repeated violations or more serious issues.
Suspension – Temporary removal from duties for serious or repeated violations.
Termination – For severe or repeated violations after warnings.
Age Requirement:
Minimum age of 16 years old (or older if required by local law).
Players should have a mature attitude and be able to follow the company’s rules and the game’s community guidelines.
TruckersMP Account:
A valid TruckersMP account (must be able to join multiplayer servers).
Your account must have no permanent bans or suspensions on TruckersMP. A clean record is required to ensure fair and safe gameplay.
ETS2 or ATS Ownership:
You must own Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) or American Truck Simulator (ATS), depending on the VTC’s focus.
The game should be updated to the latest version.
Minimum Driving Level:
Must have a minimum driving level of 10 (or a similar threshold) in either Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator to demonstrate experience and commitment.
Active in Game:
Players should be actively driving within the game to keep up their skills and contribute to the VTC's growth. Regular participation is expected.
You must drive realistically according to the game’s traffic laws, including speed limits, stop signs, and other in-game regulations. Reckless driving or trolling is strictly prohibited.
Equipment:
While not mandatory, having a steering wheel, pedals, and gear shifter is highly recommended to increase realism. However, a keyboard/mouse or controller is acceptable.
Custom Truck Designs:
Use of company-branded trucks and liveries (if the VTC requires it) during public events, convoys, and regular gameplay. The VTC may provide liveries, or you may be required to design one based on the VTC's colors and logos.
Minimum Activity:
Players must meet a minimum level of activity to remain in the VTC (e.g., completing a set number of deliveries per month).
Activity should include scheduled convoy participation, solo deliveries, or other community events.
Convoy Attendance:
Participation in convoys organized by the VTC is highly encouraged. Attending at least one convoy per month (or as specified) is a requirement.
Discord/Communication Platforms:
Join and actively participate in the VTC Discord server or any other communication platform used by the VTC.
Players should be respectful, follow the VTC's code of conduct, and participate in discussions, events, and announcements.
Driving Skills:
Must show an understanding of realistic driving behavior (e.g., proper lane usage, respecting speed limits, safe parking).
Being familiar with road signs, signals, and the economy system in the game is essential for efficient gameplay.
Mature Behavior:
Must demonstrate a mature attitude, showing respect to other drivers both within the VTC and the TruckersMP community.
Trolling, road rage, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Players must follow TruckersMP’s rules as well as the VTC’s specific code of conduct.
Teamwork and Communication:
Cooperation and teamwork are key. You may need to work together with other VTC members during convoys and events, so effective communication is important.
Players should communicate clearly using voice chat or text chat during VTC convoys and events.
VTC Tag & Livery:
All drivers must have the Bharat Truckers VTC tag in their name (as per VTC rules).
A VTC-branded truck livery or company skin should be used on trucks when participating in VTC events, convoys, or public multiplayer sessions.
Job Logs & Tracking:
Use of a tracking system (such as Truckbook, VTC Manager, or any other VTC-approved platform) to log all jobs completed under the VTC.
Accurate and timely updates of job statistics (e.g., distance driven, deliveries completed, etc.) must be kept up-to-date.
Event Participation:
Players are encouraged to participate in VTC events, such as weekly convoys, charity events, or special in-game competitions.
Fleet Management:
Optional: Players who want to manage their own part of the fleet (like owning specific truck models or skins) might need to follow additional VTC-specific guidelines.
Respect for Other Players:
Respect other players within the TruckersMP community and avoid griefing, ramming, or blocking other drivers.
Integrity:
Play the game fairly. Cheating, exploiting, or using mods that give an unfair advantage is not allowed.
Positive Attitude:
Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere in the VTC community, especially in Discord channels and public events.
System Requirements:
Ensure your PC meets the minimum system requirements to run Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator smoothly, especially during multiplayer convoys.
Internet Connection:
A stable internet connection is required to join the TruckersMP multiplayer server and participate in events and convoys without lag or connection issues.
Modifications:
Players should have the correct mods installed (such as truck skins, custom accessories, or VTC-specific content) as instructed by the VTC management.
Application Process
Apply: Fill out an application form (Google Form or Discord DM) with the following details:
Your TruckersMP username and ID.
Your Steam profile and game ownership details.
Any previous experience in virtual trucking or other VTCs (if applicable).
Your preferred trucking routes, truck models, and preferred delivery types.
Interview/Trial Period:
Some VTCs may require a brief interview or trial period to assess how well you fit into the community and adhere to VTC guidelines.
Approval & Onboarding:
Once accepted, you’ll be onboarded into the VTC, including an introductory meeting on Discord or any other platform used by the VTC.
