Rules
- General Conduct
All members must treat others with respect and professionalism at all times.
Harassment, racism, hate speech, or toxic behavior is strictly prohibited.
Represent the VTC positively in-game and on social media.
- Driving Rules
Reckless driving (ramming, blocking, trolling) is not tolerated.
Use indicators, headlights, and hazards when appropriate.
Keep a safe distance from other drivers.
- Company Jobs & Logging
Members must log jobs using the approved VTC tracking system. we use Trucky
Minimum activity requirement 0
3000 km per week.
fake job logs will result in immediate removal.
- Convoy Rules
Follow the convoy leader’s instructions at all times.
Overtaking is not allowed unless permitted by the leader.
Maintain proper spacing between trucks.
Use CB/voice chat responsibly during convoys.
- Vehicle & Paint Job Rules
Use the official Truck r us UK paint job and tag while driving for the company.

- Communication
Members must join the official Discord .
Important announcements must be read and followed.
English (or your chosen language) should be used in official channels.
- Inactivity
Members inactive for X days without notice may be removed.
Long absences must be reported to management in advance.
- Staff & Management
Respect all staff decisions.
Staff abuse of power will not be tolerated.
Problems should be handled privately, not publicly.
- Final Agreement
By joining the VTC, you agree to follow all rules.

Requirements
Ownership of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and/or American Truck Simulator
Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Mandatory membership and activity within our official Discord server
A respectful and professional attitude toward all members and staff
Driving Standards

Use of the official VTC tag and/or paint scheme while on duty
Activity & Job Logging
Drivers are required to log all deliveries using our approved logging system Trucky
Drivers must meet the minimum weekly activity requirement 3000 km per week
Convoys & Events
Participation in official VTC convoys is strongly encouraged
All convoy rules and staff instructions must be followed at all times
Conduct & Representation
Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated
Staff decisions are final and must be respected
Members are expected to represent the company professionally at all times
