Sizlere kendi geliştirdiğimiz Ticket sistemi hakkında bilgilendirmek istiyorum. Discord sunucumuzda geliştirdiğimiz Botun özellikleri aşağıdaki gibidir.

• Event İnvitation - Upper Management - Join our VTC şeklinde 3 şekildedir.
• Bu ticketleri dikkatlice açmanız gerekiyor, eğer troll kullanımında yetkilinin insiyatifine bağlı olarak zaman aşımı atılır.
• 10 dakikada 1 ticket açabilirsiniz. Bu sebeple doğru bileti açtığınızdan emin olun. Zaten sizden onay isteyecektir.
• Eğer bug farkederseniz lütfen discord üzerinden yetkililerimize ulaşın.

Today I would like to inform you about the Ticket system we have developed. The features of the Bot we developed on our Discord server are as follows.
