Salve pessoal!

Você sabia? No Brasil, o dia 26 de Setembro foi oficializado o "Dia dos Surdos" que reflete a importância em celebrar e reconhecer a importância da inclusão, diversidade e de todos os direitos conquistados desde 1857 (Imperío de D. Pedro II) até os dias de hoje como república.

Além de defendermos e apoiarmos esta causa, também gostaríamos de prestigiar os nossos queridíssimos motoristas surdos que desde 2020 escolheram a ALLIANCE para chamar de sua família (em especial ao @Marcos Paulo e @Andersonnaum que nos permtiram ter essa incrível experiência) e possuem um grupo que carinhosamente eles apelidaram como "Libras do ALLIANCE".

Não temos palavras para descrever a honra em que sentimos em tê-los com a gente! Conforme os dias passam, nos permite a aprender cada vez mais com eles, que apesar da "deficiência" (condição), possuem muito amor, carinho e o melhor de tudo, a amizade

Entre idas e vindas, também agradecemos aos demais irmãos "surdos" que já fizeram parte da família ALLIANCE e hoje decidiram trilhar novos caminhos.

What's up guys!

Did you know? In Brazil, September 26th was officially declared "Deaf National Day", which reflects the importance of celebrating and recognizing the inclusion, diversity, and all the constitutional rights achieved since 1857 (Empire of D. Pedro II) until today as a democratic republic.

In addition, we defend and support this cause. We'd also like to honor our beloved deaf drivers who, since 2020, have chosen ALLIANCE to say "our family" (especially @Marcos Paulo e @Andersonnaum, who allowed us to have this incredible experience) and have a group that they affectionately nicknamed "Libras do ALLIANCE".

We have no words to describe the honor of having them with us! As the days go by, we learn more and more with them, even their "disability" (condition), and have a lot of love, affection, and, best of all, friendship

Between comings and goings, we also thank the other "deaf" brothers who were once part of the ALLIANCE family and today decided to follow new paths.
