A ALLIANCE Virtual torna público o seu mais profundo agradecimento ao Ronald, que ao longo de 11 anos, atuou na linha de frente da VTC assumindo as posições de Diretor Executivo (CEO) e Fundadordo projeto, onde dedicou tempo, energia, muito amor e carinhopara construir as partes fundamentais dessa grande história. A sua presença, durante mais de uma década, ajudou a escrever capítulos inesquecíveis somados de grandes marcos que foram determinantes para a evolução do que somos hoje.

A vida é repleta de ciclos, tudo começa como também termina. E, por decisão pessoal somados dos seus devidos motivos bem como estando de comum acordo com a atual liderança, o Ronald encerrou a partir dessa semana o seu ciclo na ALLIANCE e automaticamente recebe o título de "Aposentado" enquanto presente em nossa comunidade.

Entendemos, respeitamos e reconhecemos a importância desse momento. Por isso, agradecemos imensamente cada ideia, esforço e tempo investido. A sua trajetória deixa não só memórias, mas sim, todo um legado e respeito à esse grande projeto.

Hoje, a ALLIANCE é muito mais do quê um simples "grupinho". Somos uma família, um espaço do qual diversas pessoas e de diferentes partes do mundo se conectam com um mesmo propósito que é de se divertir, bem como zelar por um ambiente de amizade e respeito.

Superamos até mesmo outros grupos do segmento, e em muitos momentos, graças à iniciativa do Ronald, os encontros deixaram de ser apenas virtuais para se tornarem presenciais, fortalecendo ainda mais a nossa comunidade.

Não há outras palavras que possamos expressar a nossa eterna gratidão. Obrigado, Ronald. A sua caminhada ao nosso lado jamais será esquecida, e a ALLIANCE seguirá com honra e orgulho por tudo quê construímos juntos.

ALLIANCE Virtual makes public its deepest gratitude to Ronald, who for 11 years worked on the front line of the VTC, taking on the positions of Executive Director (CEO) and Founder of the project, where he dedicated time, energy, a lot of love, and care to build the fundamental parts of this great story. His presence, for more than a decade, helped write unforgettable chapters filled with great milestones that were determinant for the evolution of what we are today.

Life is full of cycles; everything that starts also ends. And, by personal decision coupled with his respective reasons, and being in common agreement with the current leadership, Ronald ended his cycle at ALLIANCE this week and automatically receives the title of "Retired" while present in our community.

We understand, respect, and acknowledge the importance of this moment. Therefore, we are immensely grateful for every idea, effort, and time invested. His journey leaves behind not just memories, but a whole legacy and respect for this great project.

Today, ALLIANCE is much more than a simple "little group." We are a family, a space where various people from different parts of the world connect with the same purpose: to have fun, as well as to foster an environment of friendship and respect.

We even surpassed other groups in the segment, and in many moments, thanks to Ronald's initiative, the meetings stopped being just virtual and became in-person, further strengthening our community.

There are no other words we can use to express our eternal gratitude. Thank you, Ronald. Your journey alongside us will never be forgotten, and ALLIANCE will continue with honor and pride for everything we built together.
