About the event:

In order to rescue and adapt one of the old ideas already proposed and carried out in the Brazilian and Portuguese community of TruckersMP, ALLIANCE on August 21, 2020 will hold a public event called TruckFest where the idea of this event is to open everyone's opportunity show your creativity in personalizing your trucks as well as getting out of tedious standards. In addition to our inspirations and adaptations, the event will also be based on the Muscle Cars exhibition that takes place in El Segundo, California in the United States of America.

Everyone is invited! We reinforce that the event will be public and anyone from the community can participate, however, our main communication and the organization of the event will be in the language Brazilian Portuguese, and this does not limit and/or prevent people who don't speak our language to participate. Anyone who participates will be welcome.

How will the event take place?

As mentioned above, this event will work in a way that opens up an opportunity for all participants to feel free to show their creativity in personalizing their trucks out of boring standards. Subsequently, we will take a short trip around the map to enjoy the beautiful scenery that Euro Truck Simulator 2 offers us and at the end there will be an exhibition of trucks where all players will be able to enjoy the most diverse customizations made by players. Once parked at the final destination, everyone will have a period of 30 minutes to exhibit and appreciate the trucks present at the event.

It is important to emphasize that, we do not want VTC members and groups to use their respective paintings, that is, everyone will be free to assemble the truck however they wish. But if your VTC want to go with your paintings, there is no problem, the important thing is to participate and have fun. :)

Note #02: If there is not enough parking for all participants, our team will organize and direct other companies (VTCs), groups and people to other locations in the city.

Event Rules:

• (*) Event participants found using player tags assigned to functions related to the organization of the event or ALLIANCE itself, will be punished.
• (*) The use of a player tag that contains "ALLIANCE" or "ALC" is prohibited when you are not a member of ALLIANCE.
• Impersonation of any member of the event team is completely prohibited.
• (*) We ask for security that you keep at least 70 to 100 meters from the truck in front and the truck behind you.
• As long as it is safe, participants should reach the convoy if there is a gap.
• (*) Event participants will be able to ignore the traffic lights as long as it is safe, otherwise they must respect the traffic light.
• (*) Blocking intersections or any other entries is only allowed for the event team.
• (*) Driving the incorrect way is only allowed for the event team.
• (*) The only authorized to use cars if necessary, is the ALLIANCE event team or TruckersMP Staff.
• At any time, all participants must follow the instructions from the ALLIANCE event team identified by the player tags mentioned in one of our posts.
• Participants in the convoy should only leave the place of departure or park at the destination when instructed to do so in an orderly manner (one by one).
• (*) Only the event team can use beacons.
• (*) In this edition of public event (TruckFest), all participants will not be able to have a trailer.
• Any modifications such as save editing and the like that are causing errors or delays to event participants will be prohibited and if found, they may be punished.
• When parked at the meeting place or destination, we ask that everyone keep only the parking lights on to avoid any latencies or delays. Although the headlights can be used while driving or can be requested by the event team when parked.
• Advertising of any kind is prohibited without ALLIANCE's permission.
• Participants must remain in a single row while driving at the ALLIANCE convoy, unless requested by our event team.
• Participants who have a high latency or delay during the event should proceed to the back of the convoy.
• Free roaming is not allowed in our events, whoever does it will be punished.
• Overtaking during the convoy is not allowed without the permission of the ALLIANCE event team.
• To speak on CB Radio, your microphone must be in good condition, that is, it cannot be distorted, extremely loud or anything similar.
• Everyone during the event must be respected. We reinforce that any conflicts via chat or CB Radio may cause punishment.
• Any attempt to interrupt the event is considered trolling and the normal procedure will be carried out by the game moderators.
• All players present on the "ALLIANCE Virtual - TruckFest" server must be within the routes and locations stipulated by the event.
• Media Team can park out of bounds to perform duties

IMPORTANT: All rules mentioned with an asterisk (*) make exceptions to the rules only for the ALLIANCE event team that will be responsible for organizing this event.

Event Staff:

Aiming at good organization during the event, the event staff who will be responsible for certain functions will be identified as follows:

• Employees who work in functions related to Logistics, will use the following player-tag: ALC | Lead Car, ALC | Co-Lead, ALC | Rear Car, ALC | Escort or ALC | CC.
• Employees who work in functions related to Media, will use the following player-tag: ALC | Media.

SLOTs:

All demarcations must be respected according to the images below and with the guidelines of the organizers of this event. In addition, we reinforce that there are no more places for other companies or groups to request a SLOT, however, those who do not have a reserved place must drive and park in the areas defined as public.
