About the Campaign and Event:

Do you know the Yellow September campaign? If you don't know, we can say that like several months of the year, the month of September is also special, as it carries the Brazilian campaign September Yellow started in 2015. The month of September in Brazil is considered the month of prevention of suicide, and the fact that this campaign takes place only in the month of September, is because since the year 2003, the 10th of September is considered the World Suicide Prevention Day. As a way to mobilize and promote this beautiful and important campaign, ALLIANCE will hold an event for all its audience on September 18, 2020 on Friday in favor of Yellow September. However, we believe that we can break through barriers, go beyond our borders and show the strength that our TruckersMP virtual community has!

Everyone is invited! We reinforce that the event will be public and anyone from the community can participate, however, our main communication and the organization of the event will be in the language Brazilian Portuguese, and this does not limit and/or prevent people who do not speak our language to participate. Anyone who attends our event will be welcome.

How will the event take place?

As mentioned above, the theme of this event is about Yellow September, and in order to promote this campaign, we sincerely ask everyone to give up their favorite paintings to use the yellow color and VTCs, we ask so that they use their standard paint but change the predominant color to yellow. If you are wondering why everyone uses the yellow color as mentioned above, it is due to the fact that just like the other existing campaigns, we also want to show the real importance of September Yellow, showing that yes, the community of a "simple game and/or simulator" has the potential to represent a campaign and/or movement.

Initially, all participants will participate in the concentration period in the city of Klagenfurt (Austria), which will last an hour for everyone to have the opportunity to check their game settings, arrange their vehicles and trailers if necessary, companies organize their car parks according to SLOT system, interact and get to know the other participants. Later on in the departure time, ALLIANCE together with the other participants, according to the event's organization, will continue with a trip to Metz (France) and after being parked, everyone will be able to take photos, record scenes for their videos, interact and finally to thank them for the event.

• Time (Departure): 21h00m (UTC -3 / BRT) and 00h00m (UTC 0).
• Main Server: ALLIANCE - Yellow September.
• Backup Server: [US] Simulation.
• Start: Klagenfurt (Austria).
• Destination: Metz (France).
• Trailer: During the event, double, triple and HCT trailers, and cargo weighing over 15 tons will not be allowed (Required).
• CB Radio: Channel 15.

NOTE #02: If there is not enough parking for all participants, our team will organize and direct other companies, groups and people to other locations in the city.

Event Rules:

• Event participants found using player tags assigned to functions related to the organization of the event or ALLIANCE itself, will be punished.
• The use of a player tag that contains ALLIANCE or ALC is prohibited when you are not a member of ALLIANCE.
• Impersonation of any member of the ALLIANCE Event Staff is completely prohibited.
• It will not be allowed to disturb the Event Team and Event Staff via private messages, cb radio or any other means during the event. If there are any questions, you can contact us in advance.
• We ask for security that you keep at least 70 to 100 meters from the truck in front and the truck behind you.
• As long as it is safe, participants should reach the convoy if there is a gap.
• Event participants will be able to ignore the traffic lights as long as it is safe, otherwise they must respect the traffic light.
• Blocking intersections or any other entries is only allowed for the event team and event staff.
• The only authorized to use cars if necessary, is the ALLIANCE event team or TruckersMP Staff (Tag required).
• At any time, all participants must follow the instructions from the ALLIANCE event staff identified by the player tags mentioned in one of our posts.
• Participants in the convoy should only leave the place of departure or park at the destination when instructed to do so in an orderly manner (one by one).
• Only the event staff and event team can use beacons or any other similar.
• All participants must have a trailer in the following criteria:

HCT, Double, triple trailers are not allowed and the load cannot weigh more than 15 tons.

• Any modifications such as save editing and the like that are causing errors or delays to event participants will be prohibited and if found, they may be punished.
• When parked at the meeting place or destination, we ask that everyone keep only the parking lights on to avoid any latencies or delays. Although the headlights can be used while driving or can be requested by the event staff and event team when parked.
• Advertising of any kind is prohibited without ALLIANCE's permission.
• Participants must remain in a single row while driving at the ALLIANCE convoy, unless requested by our event staff.
• Participants who have a high latency or delay during the event should proceed to the back of the convoy.
• Free roaming isn't allowed in our events.
• All players present on the "ALLIANCE - Yellow September" server must be within the routes and locations stipulated by the event.
• Overtaking is prohibited unless authorized or escorted by the ALLIANCE Event Staff.
• Everyone during the event must be respected. We reinforce that any conflicts via chat or CB Radio may cause punishment.
• Any attempt to interrupt the event is considered trolling and the normal procedure will be carried out by the game moderators.
• TruckersMP rules apply to rules that have not been mentioned or modified to be a temporary event rule.
• It is prohibited to park in a slot or multiple slots not assigned to you at the departure and end of the event.

Event Staff:

The ALLIANCE Event Staff or ALC Event Staff refers to any member of the ALLIANCE management, Logistics, Convoy Control or Media and they will have the following player-tags in the game: Lead Truck, Lead Car, Co-Lead, Rear Truck, Rear Car, Media, LM, LS, MM, MS, CC, Escort and ET. (This will be referred to as ALC Event Staff or ALLIANCE Event Staff in the player-tag). TruckersMP Staff refers to game moderators or higher. Event Team refers to the ALLIANCE event team and TruckersMP team.

The abbreviations in the player tags as mentioned above have the following meaning:

• LM = Logistics Manager
• LS = Logistics Supervisor
• MM = Media Manager
• MS = Media Supervisor
• CC = Convoy Control
• ET = Event Team

For the team, the following temporary rules apply:

• Event Staff may park Out-of-bounds.
• The event team will have the exception of using ALLIANCE or ALC in their player-tag.
• As long as they act safely, the event team will be able to maintain a reduced distance from the truck behind and in front.
• The event team can ignore traffic lights, block intersections or any other entry.
• The event team will be authorized to use double, triple and HCT carts in order to organize the event and the traffic of the event.
• People who are part of the event team and are assigned to functions such as Media, will be able to advertise live broadcasts by ALLIANCE in the chat (Example: ALLIANCE is doing a live broadcast on their Facebook page).
• Event staff can overtake others on roads with a central reservation barrier only. Overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 event staff members at a time.
• Event staff can drive the incorrect way in accordance with the rule above.
