The following requirements shall include, but not limited to:

  • Must be the age of 16 or older. If under the age of 21, must go though our CDL training program!

  • Must have no more than three (3) TMP violations within the last year (365 days from the most recent violation)

  • Must have an acceptable driving record and possess a valid driver's license.

  • Pass an on-site pre-work screening on qualification day to determine you can safely perform essential job functions.

  • Students must be successfully complete an interview process & background checks.

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

  • All applicants must have the ability to read, write, speak the English language, and do simple arithmetic.

How long is orientation?

Orientation begins at 07:30 on Monday morning and concludes by 14:00 on Wednesday. These times may be subject to change depending on the class size of the orientation that week.

During orientation you will be given a road test, pre-hire interview, drug test, and a physical if applicable.

Please have your online paperwork completed including your 3 year work history. You will be learning about company policies, Smith System - save driving techniques, and the Qualcomm.
