We hoped that this would never happen, but it started to happen anyway and we were forced to change our Event Policies.

• As you know, VTC Leaders/Representatives are required to follow our Event Policies if they want to invite us to one of their convoys.

• For example, putting all important information for a given convoy to be listed directly in the invitation, failing which we cannot accept the given convoy at that time if they do not meet these requirements.

If their convoy meets the requirements, it is taken "for inspection", or we call it "pending status" with an orange marking. This means that the convoy is now controlled, we look at the time and date of the convoy, possibly the route and we check a lot of factors here, but it is also important that we check our calendar because we do not participate in more than one convoy a day.

An exception is made for some convoys, mostly they are charity convoys or convoys of our partners, which have priority, but an exception can also be made that our VTC will participate in more than one convoy per day, for example due to suitable timing.

But back to the topic, we thought and also hoped that people who regularly invite us to their convoys will not leave our server, or people who were declined a convoy for some reason, even if the reason is given here, so will leave from the server.

• So we had to add some rules and precautions, you can find the given rules below:

• §9.7 If you disconnect from our server during your invitation of our VTC to your convoy, we reserve the right to cancel your convoy, which means we will not participate in your convoy.

• §9.8 If you repeatedly connect to the server only to invite our VTC to your convoy and then disconnect and then reconnect for another invitation, we reserve the right to decline your invitation for the convoy. This may result in your VTC being blacklisted.

Such leave from the server when your convoy is declined or you leave during your invitation seems pointless to us, if we take it from another point of view, if our VTC invites other VTC to the convoy, we also stay on that server for the entire duration of the convoy (invitation) and we don't leave.

However, for constant contact with VTCs, we are forced to be on these servers, so even if the given convoy took place, we still do not leave from this server.
