Hello all First of all i want to make this clear this is My opinion only (Scottish Lad) and cannot be used against my VTC / Community in anyway.

Unfortunately i will not be posting any videos or evidence in here as TMP make clear Ban Evidence cannot be shared, so i will describe what has happened. on 26th December one of our members, and a friend of mine was perm banned for supposedly speed hacking, what had happened was he was using the winter physics ( Which TMP fully Support) and he noticed he was doing 110 KMH, which is the server speed limit on Sim 1, He normally only drives at 90 KMH so he applied the truck retarder and the back wheels started to skid and he lost control on an empty highway ( no one else around) during his truck being out of control it accelerated at a high rate of speed more than the server limit, due to the dodgy physics mod which TMP allow people to use on there servers, an admin happened to see this and while laughing in the video perm banned him, after waiting for the evidence to be provided the member wrote a professional appeal explaining what had happened and that he did not speed hack he was only using winter mod which caused this issue, the admin replied basically saying he wasn't going to accept, and changed it from speed hack to abusing winter physics, how can you abuse winter physics, as soon as you lose control, you have no control even if you slam on brake pedal and handbrake the truck still speed up uncontrollably. i even went on sim 1 with physics and recreated the situation and same results, so i should get perm ban too for using supported winter mod?

what really p*ssed me of is instead of the admin admitting he made a mistake, he decided to just change what he was perm banned for, so my friend waiting for admin to decline appeal so he can create a feedback ticket, however admin deliberately taking to long, my friend has been banned for a week so far and the admin still hasnt declined the appeal even though he wrote about not accepting it.

the level of incompetence and un professionalism seen from certain TMP staff is getting worse, i could train a monkey to do a better job and be more professional, imagine laughing while giving someone a perm ban for using Winter physics, and then to change ban reason when proven wrong and then dragging it out, Being one of the founders of a large VTC i get to see a lot of bans from my members, although 90% are legit and they should be banned for it, the amount of petty bans i have seen being given (and helped appeal them to get removed lol) is absolutely disgusting, also the level of TMP staff who seem to either be untrained in the rules or simply don't care about them is getting worse. then when you speak the facts with evidence,

I was lucky enough to be around TMP since the beginning i used to be driving on it everyday for years but now, me and many others have stopped, due to the amount of lag, trolls and Bum lickers it just not as fun anymore, so im writing my opinion here, which im my country i have the right to express my own opinion, if i get banned for this i could not gibe one flying F**K
