Event Availability

We can attend your convoys during the following hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 00:00 – 03:00 (UTC-6)
• Sunday: 00:30 – 02:30 (UTC-6)
• Events outside these hours cannot be attended.

Requirements & Terms

1. VTCs from Latin America (Europe is welcome if compatible with our schedule)
2. Minimum 20 active members and at least 3 months of activity
3. Must have hosted at least 1 convoy in the past 2 months
4. Attend at least 1 Castores Trucking event per month (with 4+ drivers)
5. Initial partnership term: 3 months (renewable)
6. At least 2 members in our Discord (CEO included)
7. Assign up to 2 staff members as direct points of contact (extendable)
8. Host at least 1 public convoy per month with invitation to Castores Trucking
9. Create a channel in your server for partner event announcements
10. Mutual commitment not to recruit from allied VTCs
11. Notify if a member switches between VTCs
12. Actively collaborate on mutually beneficial projects
