TDHCave Logistics are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated event planner to join our team. As the event planner for our virtual trucking company, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a range of convoy events in TruckersMP and SCS MP.

One of your main duties will be to plan a monthly convoy event for TDHCave Logistics. This will involve selecting a suitable route, coordinating with other VTCs to participate, and promoting the event to our members and the wider TruckersMP community.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for looking for other convoys that TDHCave Logistics can attend. This will involve researching different convoy events and coordinating with their organizers to ensure that our VTC can participate.

Finally, you will also be responsible for planning weekly internal convoys for our members in both TruckersMP and SCS MP. This will involve selecting routes, coordinating with our members to ensure their availability, and promoting the convoys within our Discord server.

As a virtual trucking company, safety is of the utmost importance to us at TDHCave Logistics. As our event planner, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all of our convoy events are conducted in a safe and responsible manner. This will involve promoting safe driving practices to our members, such as following the speed limit, using proper signaling when changing lanes, and maintaining a safe following distance. It will also be important to ensure that all of our members are familiar with the rules and regulations of TruckersMP and SCS MP, and to enforce these rules during our convoy events.

In addition to promoting safe driving practices, it will also be your responsibility to ensure that all of our members are aware of the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful community. This includes promoting a harassment-free environment and addressing any instances of inappropriate behavior in a timely and appropriate manner. By promoting safety and respect within our VTC, we can ensure that all of our convoy events are enjoyable and memorable experiences for everyone involved.
