VTC Update

Hey everyone! We haven't been updating you as regularly as we should.. so here we are!

Recent Vacancies

Over the past few days, we have been opening up staff vacancies to replace those who have left, and to support current staff. We know that all our teams are vital for the success of the VTC and we wish all applicants, the best of luck in securing their role. Patreon

Earlier this month we launched our Patreon! It had a bumpy start, but we're starting to be able to use the funds in order to keep the VTC running! We would like to thank everyone who has already donated.

Customized profiles

Over the next few days, we will be opening up our customized profile pictures and banners to our drivers. Currently this is restricted to staff only while we test them.

Deadlines

VTC tasks are important. And when they are not completed, this can have an impact on the running of the VTC. For example, we may have to delay a new feature. The senior leadership team are working with our staff to enforce deadlines on all VTC tasks from here forward. This helps to keep the VTC regularly updated, and moving towards the future. After consulting staff, together, we agree on a deadline after considering the circumstances of the department, staff members and VTC. We hope that this will help to improve the regularity of our VTC updates and provide a firm structure for our team to rely on. Of course, we do allow changes to these deadlines in response to changing situations. Expect some more features soon!

The future

We have big plans for the future! Our team are currently looking into the possibility of getting a brand new drivers hub, fitted with our custom tracker! This is just a quotation stage at current, and this may not take place soon.
