Update From Jeza

December to January was a festive and productive month for the staff. During this time we saw our division manager depart from the team, we were able to keep the division open and able to find a new manager who had a passion for leading his own team, in which we found and worked hard training them to a high standard for them to be able to carry out the role. Leading a division can be very challenging and we had to get them ready to face any situation that could arise.

We also saw 24 new drivers join our amazing team. We also bought on new HR members to strengthen our team of which we trained within 2 weeks this is now allowing us to spread out the duties more.

We have held a public event which the events team looks forward to helping out with, in Lightning we have a team of CC which is both drivers and public members of the VTC.
