Statement From The CEO

As some of you may know, as part of Lightning's long term plans, I was due to resign in August, to continue with my university studies and devote more of my time to my work. However, due to recent events, I am still currently leading Lightning Logistics.

As a result, it's inevitable that eventually, Lightning Logistics will have a new Chief Executive Officer. However, the timeframe for this is uncertain. It could be a month, or it could be six months.

I would like to stress that Lightning Logistics will always be left in capable hands. But, we are just waiting for the perfect person to make themselves known.

I would also like to stress, that this is not a short process. It will take many months of training and experience with a number of different roles in order for me to hand the baton on.

Therefore, I encourage all those who wish to further their VTC career, to begin climbing the ladder as soon as they can. There are a multitude of different roles available, however we are primarily looking for the following:

Driver Manager

⁠Divisions Manager

⁠Media Manager

⁠Events Team

It goes without saying that all those roles are internal. However, if you are a public member looking for a management position, you may be able to apply after being with us for an adequate amount of time.
