Hi everybody! I know its a bit delayed, but here is our June Recap! June was a month full of events in Stride. I think its safe to say that June has been one of the hardest month for Stride Haulage as a VTC. The main thing being the loss of 5 staff members, leaving us without notice, one of them being the developer who took down our Discord bot and entire drivers-hub and tracking system. This lead to a increased pressure on current staff and the leadership to find solutions. We had to think fast and come up with urgent solutions to get the VTC running as quick as possible again. It was a though challenge but the community was very supportive and after a couple of days we had a new developer already working on getting our new drivers hub ready. We had lots of ideas and thinks we wanted to improve and Insano-Death did an amazing job implementing our Ideas and getting the drivers hub back in no time! If you want to read more about the drivers-hub you can read this article.

Even though we had our drivers hub ready, the aftermath was still felt in the VTC. Ranging from the people who left us accusing us of all sorts of strange things, threads, insults to them literally spying on us xD We kept feeling a little beat up for a long time and we had to fight a bit too keep the motivation up. We also had to say goodbye to a couple of great drivers due to personal reasons and additional great staff members had to step down from their positions. This meant that Swift and I had to work hard on getting the staff team fully operational again and almost the entire staff team have been switched at this point. We thank all the drivers and people who stepped in to help, we cant thank you enough. This all sound very bad, but it is with honesty and great confidence that we can say that we are very happy and proud of the current team. We once again thank you all for your amazing support!<3

When you have a bad experience its important to learn from it. We have done that for sure! I could go on about this, but in short, we are gonna come out stronger from this and In my opinion we already are! This incident have brought our community and especially the drivers closer together, and we really felt the support and unity in the VTC<3 Of course it has been and still is hard for a lot of us loosing friends we thought we could trust, but we will be more than fine soon. We are gonna continue our work in Stride and even tho summer time is delaying us slightly in terms of availability, I'm not in any doubt, that we are gonna keep growing and improving throughout the entirety of the coming months!

In June our lowered event attendance were active. This was due to the low activity in the summer periods, due to Exams, vacations and all the amazing summer activity's that people are attending. First and foremost I would like to congratulate all the students for finishing another year at school. Whether you finished the entirety of your school "career" or still have more to go, you have all done a smashing job and I hope you can enjoy a well dissevered vacation! I personally graduated this summer and I'm looking forward to see what the future brings! So that pretty much wraps up our approach to events in June and August. This does not mean we did not attend any events though. We did attend a couple anniversaries and some partner convoys to name a few:)

We also hosted our own Monthly Convoy, the June Convoy If you want a recap of that, you can read more in this article. We also hosted a private convoy with a lot of Stride Drivers showing up, great to see! We look forward to be hosting our July Convoy on the 31st of July and we hope to see a lot of drivers and VTC's for an awesome event !

There is too much new staff to mention them all here xD We suggest to take a look at https://www.stridehaulage.com/our-team and get yourself at overview of our current team if you wish!:)

At last we would like to thank our Patrons for supporting the development of Stride Haulage ! A huge thanks to S-Dubble, Herman & Mr.Swift thank you!<3
