• To bring more spontaneity and excitement, we are adopting a more flexible approach to our trip scheduling. Trips will now be organized based on the availability of our Event Team staff, allowing for more varied and interesting experiences.

2. Growing Our Event Team:

• We are thrilled to welcome new members to our Event Team! These fresh faces are currently undergoing training, and you can look forward to seeing some new promotions soon. This expansion ensures we have a robust team ready to bring you the best trip experiences.

3. Enhanced Trip Initiation Protocol:

• To ensure every trip runs smoothly, trips will now commence only when our Event Team staff or Managers are present. This guarantees a well-organized and enjoyable outing every time. Trips may even take place on Mondays if staff is available, adding more options to our schedule.

4. Clear Trip Leadership:

• Every trip announcement will now include the name of the trip lead who designed the route. This transparency ensures you know whom to contact or wait for if the lead is delayed.

We are committed to continuously improving your experience and are confident these changes will bring more joy and excitement to our trips. Convoys will proceed as usual and remain unaffected by these updates.
