Announcement: Exciting Changes in Event Scheduling!

We are thrilled to share some exciting updates to our event schedule, reflecting the preferences of our valued members. Through recent surveys and interactions, it became clear that our members enjoy attending larger external convoys more than smaller, internal trips. To better serve our community, we have significantly increased the number of external convoys in our schedule.

New Event Schedule:

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: Regular Trips

• Saturday and Sunday (Asian Time Zone): External Events

  • Occasionally on Fridays or Thursdays

• Saturday and Sunday (European Time Zone): External Events

• Subject to changes based on internal events

If no external event is scheduled, we will conduct our usual trips .

Why the Change?

Our members have spoken, and we listened! The preference for larger, more engaging events with diverse participants has led us to prioritize external convoys. Nearly every weekend, we will have exciting external events that everyone can look forward to .

Collaboration with VTC Friends:

This update also allows us to strengthen our connections with VTC friends. We are now more open than ever to accepting invitations for events on these designated days .
