I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you about a crucial update to the submission of Convoy Invites starting with immediate effect.

Moving forward, we kind request that all Convoy invites be submitted exclusively through the Global Trucking Ticket System on our official Discord server: https://discord.com/channels/823779955305480212/1048540407287529532 This change aims to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our processes, ensuring a seamless coordination of attendance for future Convoy events.

It is important to note that any invite not on the ticket system, will not be attended. Moreover to guarantee the highest chances of attendance, we kindly request a minimum notice period of three months for Convoy invites. This extended notice period allows ample time for proper scheduling and consideration for our Event's team to plan accordingly. As our team is operating at maximum capacity, we cannot guarantee attendance for invites submitted within a shorter time-frame. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Nevertheless, we assure you that we will diligently review All convoy invites, submitted with the minimum four week window, however due to our exceptionally busy schedule, we cannot guarantee attendance at such short notice.

By centralizing the Convoy invite process through the ticketing system, we can ensure streamlined communication and a more organised approach going forward. This process will provide us with the necessary information to better plan and execute each Convoy event with precision.
