• Have your ban history public
• Give the staff an application on why you should be staff here 3 depending on your behavior in the discord, be in the company for at least 2 weeks before you can apply
• if you have had previous experience as staff at another vtc please give us evidence because that will massively boost your chance
• have good social skills, because you will be talking to a lot of people, and become active maybe more so than you currently are.
• be able to cope in different situations to what you are used to
