My name is Skazochnick and I am the founder and CEO of this VTC!

And today, I would like to talk to you about our VTC!

I'll start from the beginning ...
This VTC would not be created if it were not for Camelliya, but for her desire to try to create her own VTC. She had a little dream, to create a purely VTC from the women's group, where she would develop with them and do everything she dreamed of at the time. And hers was that dream until last, until I met her in the summer of 2021. And after a month of communication and when I found out about it and her desires, I slightly thought that if she would help me to develop the then unknown to us VTC "Mileage Riot", I would offer her to create this VTC together with her. She agreed! And I am in Pries thinking, how to be and what to do... I asked Camelliya while I was at Pries to come up with the idea for the startup, to describe it to me, a kind of "Business Plan". And after two weeks passed, it was ready.
I'm leaving VTC Pries Logistics, and we're creating Mileage Riot, August 18, 2021.
We were able to go up very quickly and already in the next month to run a convoy with over 100 people. Then we invited everyone, someone only we knew and it was great!
And we further developed and did everything for the benefit of the VTC. A few months later we opened our own website to use at least other projects (like VTCPanel).
The site is still up to date, with new ideas and updates every time. The site is probably the biggest job at our VTC now (I personally spend most of my time on the site to make life easier for our staff)

After new year 2021-2022 and some more months, Camelliya and I didn't find common language and she abruptly left VTC. And I was at the stage of two paths of development. Either close VTC as it was then and spend all that we had done all the time. Or, develop VTC and prove to everyone that we can do it and get more than we have now. Before Camelliya left, we started to fall in activity and in motivation. And we lost a large percentage of all the work and movement within the VTC. But we didn't give up on the big convos then and I put HR - $ILVER in as COO and we started doing everything we could to get our VTC interest up again .

And I was able to get the interest back and get the guys active again and there was a big influx of people and we started to grow nicely! And so it went on, for about two months, before the summer started. And I decided to make the biggest mistake for the whole VTC, was to take a 2 month vacation with no activity requirement. And it hit the VTC very hard and me personally.

After the vacation, I had already started to move away from the VTC a little bit and in addition to the VTC, I had a lot of personal thoughts and a lot of things to do. And I started to lose motivation a lot and became very sad! And I decided, not to close VTC, but to pass it to my COO - $ILVER. He gave me great hope that he could raise VTC and I was in a better mood, because I myself could take care of personal matters and be in the role of "Founder", and the guys could develop.
Unfortunately, yes I did my own thing and rested myself, but VTC got even worse, because $ILVER had unplanned trips and it hit VTC again, but this time harder than with me. And so it went on for about two months and it was painful for me to watch.
Watching it all, my motivation came back. Because I relaxed a little bit and gained my strength. And I went back to the CEO role a few weeks ago and now I want to get back in, everything that we lost and become a new level VTC. That's my goal! I want to get Verified before the new year, but we'll start with Validation!
