Hi all! My name is Alex (better known as Skazochnick). I am 22 years old at the moment. I live in one of the biggest cities in Russia - Nizhny Novgorod. Our city for the last year was very well transformed and we even was in one of the tops among "Tourist cities of Russia". Not far from our city there is a race track which I used to spend a lot of time with my brother who liked to watch qualification drifting and different circuit races and I fell in love with the sport and sometimes started playing such games and I got interested in cars. I personally have graduated long time ago and have been working in the restoration of cars for over 3 years. I am engaged in restoration of cars, if it can be called that. And in that time, I have restored over 50 cars. I like this job and I like my part-time schedule, I can decide if I am going to work today or not. If I do, I decide when I go out. My job is interesting because of its variety and flexibility. In fact, I don't just restor cars. I am also CEO/Founder of VTC "Mileage Riot". But, let's start in order. I joined the TruckersMP community aimlessly in 2015 (but in fact, my first account was registered in 2014) when I became aware on the internet that "Online" had come up. I almost immediately ran to find the nearest payment terminal to put money into my Steam account to buy the licensed game and register my account on TruckersMP on 25 August 2015, and it didn't take me long to find new friends who had the same goal as I did at the time - to join some VTC. I spent some time in that VTC, after that I was on the lookout for another VTC and so, I had to run across a few to realise that I was ripe for making my own. It was called TransWorks. It was created in 2016 (To be honest, I don't remember the exact date because it was more than 3 years ago). Now this VTC no longer exists, it was disbanded at the end of 2020 (I was no longer in the leadership since I left the VTC). At that time I joined the first foreign VTC "Pries Logistics" for the first time and got to know what a cool VTC is and it was one of the VTCs I still have many memories of, where I got a lot of knowledge and experience from people known within TruckersMP community. After a while, I decided to make a big deal of it and decided to try and apply for the "Support" role. And so, after a lot of waiting time and possible despair that I might not get hired. I didn't immediately realise that I had passed the interview and as early as June 17, 2019, I got a big opportunity from TruckersMP to join the team as a member of the support team (Support). And I was maximally motivated by this role and being on the team for over 3.5 years (Considering that I would leave the team for a month and then come back afterwards). Every position in TruckersMP had something in common: teamwork, respect and loyalty. TruckersMP has taught me that being part of a team is sometimes not easy and it is not a place to relax. The result of hard work and diligence has led me to where I am today - CEO of Mileage Riot. And so, as many know, this VTC was created - on August 18, 2021. And we're keeping it afloat to this day and I'm doing my best to make sure we're one of the interesting VTCs for the TruckersMP community. I make sure that my team that I put together inside the VTC make the best system that runs like a "Swiss" clock. I'm a very outgoing person myself who likes to help guys improve and I give them my experience for all the time I've had and am always happy to reach goals with others, which also explains my involvement in our VTC and the TruckersMP community. Hey, I'm Vosmyerka!
I'm 18 years old, living in Estonia, single. At the moment I'm a second year student at Tallinn Polytechnic school, studying to become an IT specialist.
I joined Mileage Riot on July 5th, 2022 and immediately fell in love with the local team, which received me incomparably warmly. I started out as a Technical Developer, created a couple of programs, then I was offered the role of Contract Manager, where I did some interesting contracts for the company. Now I'm the deputy director (COO), helping the CEO in all matters and improving our nice VTC.

Hello everyone, my name is Oleg. I am currently working at a furniture manufacturing company. I joined the company on October 6, 2021. I started out as an ordinary driver, but after a few months senior management suggested I try the role of instructor. I stayed in that role for over a year, but the instructor role was discontinued and I have now been promoted to Event Manager. I have found new friends and comrades in the company. I enjoy socialising with them and going on various convoys. The company itself is friendly, they always help when something is not clear and if there are any questions will always give an answer or give advice. All in all, I'm happy with my VTC and glad I joined.

Hi, my name is Natalya. I live in Novorossiysk, work as a masseur, I'm fond of baking cakes. Joined the company on July 26, 2022. In October was appointed to the role of Event Team. In this position I create convoys. I try to make each of my convoys interesting. (Hope I do it).

Good morning everyone. My name is Egor Alexandrovich aka KaI7ySt04Ka. I live in Novosibirsk, I am studying at the 3d year of railway technical school, my major is transportation and transport management.
I joined the company in September 2021. After the interview I was given the role of Event Team. A few months later I was promoted to the Human Resources role. I have been in this role for over half a year now. Recruiting people into the company, promoting drivers by role, taking reports on contracts. Been actively involved in the company but have recently, for some reason, ceased to be actively involved.
