Any new driver over the past couple of months will likely already have seen or heared of David. He is a constant and active force within our Human Resources Department who is a true example to us all in terms of work ethic and commitment. We have asked him some questions to get to know him a little bit better!
Could you give us a short introduction about yourself?
My name is David, I am 32 years old and I am Human Resources at At The Mile. I joined ATM at the beginning of 2025 before we were VTC and I have been here since.
You have been very active in the last month in Human Resources, could you explain to us what Human Resources does in ATM?
Human Resources at ATM VTC are primarily responsible for managing drivers and ensuring the proper functioning of the VTC. They recruit drivers, verify that everything is in order with the recruitment process, and organize their integration and training. They also ensure compliance with regulations. HR monitors service quality, motivates drivers, resolves conflicts, and ensures internal communication. And also manages the discord in case of failure to comply with the regulations
What do you like the most about what you do within ATM?
I really love driving and recruiting in human resources. There is a lot of laughter between us, and a lot of mutual aid between each person and each person is different.
What advice would you give to anyone who is thinking about joining our team?
The advice I will give him is that he is not alone if he struggles with a recruitment. Always ask because some have been there for a long time and we will give him advice so that he progresses every day, because I struggled the first few weeks and now I am very quick with recruitments.
