"As the roads steadily fill with leaves, the air starts to get more crisp, and our distinctive red trucks begin to blend into the new autumn scenery, our drivers have embraced the changing season and given all their effort to make September a month to remember. As we wrap up 2023, I'd like to thank our drivers for giving me so much to (literally) write home about!"
- Blizzy - Chief Operating Officer - Lead Recap Editor
As we embark into the penultimate season of an exciting and invigorating 2023 year, September is the next stop on the ATM Recap's feverish march towards the end of the year! Our notorious ATM Red has been a standout color among the falling, orange leaves, and the crisp air, silent in nature, is only broken by the sound of our drivers loading, unloading, and fulfilling your requests in no time. You know me, pleasantries are my deal, but let's fire right past those and into the September recap!
As we officially welcomed home our 300th driver as a VTC, we saw how that kind of roll call count can impact the logistics world - spoiler alert: we get things done and we get them done right! Here's the statistical breakdown:
Absolutely insane stats - including that profit figure! - but how do they stack up against your favorite fun facts? The total distance for this month is equal to:
Of course, the battle for our top 3 spots also raged on - let's see who prevailed!
Wait, folks, I think you're in for a surprise... it looks like we may have a new champion!
Ladies and gentlemen across the globe, we have witnessed an ATM powerhouse be dethroned from the comfort of his top position. Allow me to be the first to bestow the honor upon....
with a mind-boggling 343,515 KILOMETERS...
heartylaces!
Congratulations to all involved for the race to the top, especially to our new champion! Let's see if this introduces some new fire to the fight for #1 across October!
September is a hectic month for everybody here at ATM - as students near and far return to class, the focus towards wrapping up affairs for the end of the year begins, and the last minute drive to get some sunlight sees people desperately trekking to all corners of the universe for just a shred of- okay, maybe not that far, but still, we acknowledge the busy nature of September for all of our drivers and staff.
That being said, as always, there are two standout people we'd like to take a minute to recognize - our Staff of the Month and Driver of the Month!
Joining our team at the start of the month, andarcin was off immediately to a hot start within our team, clocking the 3rd most mileage out of all of our 300+ drivers combined. As a valued member of our Hazmat division, and a friendly face around ATM, andarcin makes it a daily goal to clock mileage, say hi to folks across the community, and prove why ATM is the leading logistics supplier on TruckersMP! Thanks for all your efforts, and welcome to your first full month as a driver!
Similarly, joining our team around the end of August, chy has proven indispensable to our Community Management team, taking the reigns on several driver initiatives and being an inductive voice into the change at ATM. chy has spearheaded multiple driver events and is always looking for a reason to have a positive interaction with someone in our community. As time goes on, watch out for special events from chy and our Community Management team - we know you'll enjoy them!
Say it with me now - monthly staff change shakedown time!

Our Divisions have done it again! Out of our total distance across September, our divisions once more accounted for a large portion of our total distance - 51.43% to be exact, at 920,058km! Let's see how our divisions stack up against each other:
All in all, our divisions submitted 815 jobs! Great month, team!
As we continue to meet multiple milestones across the community, including eclipsing 300 drivers, our team is working hard as usual to provide you with all the year end benefits you can ask for! A couple of notes:
Firstly, we have had some Leadership shuffles across September, and as such, questions pertaining to development or community administration should be directed towards Blizzy, our new Chief Operating Officer - questions about special divisions should continue to be directed towards the Chief Administrative Officer, a position now held by outgoing-COO, Hive.
We also remind you again that ATM is on Christmas Break through December. We will not be organizing any formal event attendance, though you may spot an ATM driver or two at your events across December informally. Please refrain from inviting us to any December events, but please feel free to use our Event Advertisement channel!
Finally, a little while ago, we hosted a Community Survey, with the primary topic of discussion being Validation vs. Verification given some of the new VTC requirements for each tier. If you haven't filled it out yet, please feel free to in the Announcements channel of our server. A transparency report will be authored over the coming weeks.
Allow me to relax, enjoy my Canadian Thanksgiving turkey coma, and bundle up for the incoming cold - how gross is that?! See you all just after Halloween!
