I swear it was just yesterday we were authoring our first Recap in our new format - and now it's nearly Christmas! The work done by our drivers & staff throughout 2023 has been commendable, and I'm looking forward to seeing how our VTC closes out the year. With over 330 strong, we continue to show why we're one of the premier VTCs on TruckersMP!

Welcome to the November Recap!

With over 330 of this year's 365 days in the books, it's nearly time to break out those shiny new calendars, place our pre-orders for our 2024 fleet, and start preparing to hit Day 1 of the new year strong! However, before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let's stop and appreciate more of the same, high quality work you've come to expect from our drivers near and far. As usual, welcome to our November Recap!

Driver Statistics

As our final month of operations for 2023 concludes, let's take a step back and cherish the continual work that was carried out through November to help us push closer to our yearly goals:

• As of November 30th, At The Mile has 336 employed drivers.
• Our drivers logged 2501 deliveries across November (-26.99% change).
• These deliveries totalled for 1,338,609km across November (-30.55% change).
• In all, these deliveries brought in a total profit of $70,488,978 (-22.36% change)!

Our drivers really capped off our operational year strong, and we are ever grateful for their continued efforts! Stay tuned in early January for the full recap of the YEAR'S statistics, in a nice, friendly, all-too-familiar format (speaking of, how are those Spotify Wrapped stats looking, everyone?)!

Let's keep the stats on the back burner this month, give my brain a rest - I promise our 2023 Wrapped will make up for it!

Driver of the Month - Vaelrynn

Welcome to the winner's circle, Vaelrynn! As one of our featured members, and a very committed driver, Vaelrynn has made it their goal to get off to a hot start as one of our newest drivers. A new driver accumulating over 170 thousand points in their first month is already something to behold, but with 40 thousand event points making up a large chunk of that total, it's clear that Vaelrynn loves the community as much as the open road. Keep up the work ethic, and keep that mileage flowing - we appreciate your hard work!

Staff of the Month - Jelledude

This month, we're very excited to welcome Jelledude as our next SOTM recipient! Jelledude has shown themselves to be an active, productive, and helpful member of our Events Team, always going the extra "mile" (har har) to ensure we're kept fully up to date with all of your upcoming events. Along with all of these wonderful team player attributes, Jelledude also finished 6th in our cumulative points race this month - a trait which shows the true commitment to both driver and staff affairs, and a trait much valued by management and leadership alike. Keep the smile alive and keep that passion about you, Jelledude!

Divisions Update

Our divisions have been a crucial part of this year's operations - let's see what they brought to the table this month:

• Construction logged 340 loads across 197,453km.
• Hazmat logged 267 loads across 184,555km.
• Agricultural logged 145 loads across 68,183km.
• Finally, Chilled logged 116 loads across 79,979km.

Isn't it at least a little sad to say goodbye to 2023?! As always, a few reminders:

Firstly, we have officially kicked off our Winter Operations Break. Staff are encouraged to take time off and put ATM to the back burner. As a result, some responses to contact tickets may be slow, and we will not be mandating formal event attendance at your convoys. If you feel this conflicts with any assumption you were working with prior, please contact our Events team (or the appropriate alternative team, for other inquiries).

Secondly, I sound like a broken record about this, but keep your eyes peeled for this year's ATM Wrapped!

Finally, we have our first event of the new year on January 17th -- if you and your VTC have not confirmed attendance, why not do so now?.
