Dear Leader joined ATM around the end of September in 2022 where they quickly became a member of Human Resources and Special Divisions. During their time as Special Divisions Supervisor they have seen the launch of Chilled Division, as well as having created the handbook of Hazmat Division and helping in the brainstorming of other new divisions such as the Automotive (which later became Freight) and Agriculture Division and was staff of the month in October 2022 for these efforts. After a 2 year break, they now have once again worked their way into Divisions Supervisor and Human Resources roles, only this time they have become Human Resources Manager.

What games do you like besides trucking?

"Besides trucking I play a very wide variety of games ranging from RPGs like Kingdom Come Deliverance to all different sorts of simulators such as farming simulator or the F1 games. But you wouldn't be surprised to learn that I also have done more driving in trucks than farming on my farming simulator saves . Besides these games I also love to play games like Hearts of Iron or Crusader kings, as well as city builders like transport fever 2 or cities skylines. If I were to class myself into what type of gamer I am, I would definitely say the kind that does a little bit of everything."

What other hobbies do you enjoy?

"Besides this, I work fulltime meaning I don't have much time for other hobbies. However when I do find the time to do other things I love watching movies as well as going to the gym. Besides gaming I have also worked on Design both 3d and 2d. Last but not least, I love cars which means that I sometimes just go for a drive for the fun of it!"

What do you think about ATM and its community?

Having been with ATM for some time, to me it has become clear that it gets as close to family as you can expect it to get. For a community to be as connected with each other like we are in At The Mile is rare these days. We rarely have incidents with fights or other rule breaks that cause a disturbance and this really shows that we truly are like a family. Furthermore I think it is amazing to see how we are still growing and getting new people to join on their journey with ATM. All in all you could say that I feel right at home!

What is your favorite truck in ATS and ETS2, and why?

In ATS, I would say it would be the Kenworth W900, this for me is a true example of American trucks (especially with sound mod). ETS2 however is a lot more difficult for me to choose. I have a great skin for my Volvo FH4 and while I love this truck, I still think I am going to say that my favourite truck is the DAF XF+ for the gadgets and its looks.

If you're not already one, do you really want to be a trucker? If so, why? If not, why?

Currently I am not a trucker, however I do work in the logistical sector so I do see trucks at my work. One day I hope to get a job with aviation, so I'm afraid that trucking irl is not going to be possible if I do that.
