What’s the Role About?

If you are an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting and helping to plan and coordinate official events, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As part of the Event Assistant Team, you will support the Event Managers in preparing and managing our bi-weekly convoys to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. It’s a great chance to contribute to the success of Golden Phoenix Express (GPE) events while working alongside a friendly, active, and very professional team.

What you will be doing:

1. Assisting in the creation of CC (Convoy Control) profiles and event spreadsheets.
2. Supporting Event Managers with convoy planning.
3. Helping ensure events run according to plan.
4. Collaborating with fellow Event Team members.
5. Contributing ideas and feedback to improve event organisation and participant experience.
6. Representing Golden Phoenix Express (GPE) with professionalism during GPE events.

1. Event Team: Responsible for giving clear directions and instructions during official GPE events, ensuring everything runs smoothly for all participants.

2. Media Team: Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, helping to create promotional and archival content.

3. Media Assistant: Create stunning visuals and promotional graphics.

4. GM Support Team: Assists the GPE Event Managers by moderating and sending server announcements during GPE Convoys.

5. Development Team: Maintain and develop GPE’s technical infrastructure, including the website and DriversHub, ensuring security, stability, and innovation.
