中文：中国先锋运输共同体（Pioneer Transport Community），简称PTC，于2022年5月21日开始筹建，于2022年5月29日正式建队成立。PTC创始团队均为资深的欧卡司机玩家，并有多位经验丰富的车队管理人员。 “为了能够自由地站在欧卡世界的土地之上！”是PTC全体成员为之奋斗的目标！ “也许我们的观点相互对立，但我们誓死捍卫你说话的权利！”是PTC全体成员对“自由、民主、开放”这一建队宗旨的最高体现！ 为了彻底践行“自由、民主、开放”的建队宗旨，PTC打破了中国传统的车队管理模式，将采取对共同体管理员和共同体成员更有激励性质的多级别议会制度！这会让所有的成员们都能找到一个适合自己的为车队建言、献策、出力的方式，并且提供了更为多元化的成员升职途径。总之，PTC不再有车队队长这种带有独裁色彩的职位，PTC将始终并彻底地反对阶级固化，PTC会让每一个成员都成为共同体的主人！ 在今后的运营中，PTC将秉承“共商、共营、共建”的对内发展理念，以及“互敬共赢、共谋发展”的对外发展理念！ 在此，中国先锋运输共同体热烈欢迎各位欧卡司机玩家的加入！同时，也期待与海内外的众车队建立守望相助的合作关系！
