
First of all, we would like to express our deepest and most sincere apologies to everyone who attended our recent convoy event.

What was intended to be a smooth and enjoyable journey unfortunately turned into a series of unexpected issues, and we fully understand how frustrating that must have been for all participants.
During the event, the TruckersMP server not responding to update caused an unavoidable delay. In addition, our internal decision-making regarding the departure time (20:20 vs 21:00) led to confusion not only for participants but also within our own team. We acknowledge that this lack of clarity negatively impacted your experience, and for that, we are truly sorry.
We ultimately made the decision to depart at 20:20 in an effort to respect everyone's time and avoid a longer delay that might discourage attendance. However, we understand that this may have caused inconvenience for those expecting a different schedule.
After departure, when we had completed approximately two-thirds of the planned route, a server restart announcement required us to stop once again. The subsequent login issues further worsened the situation, resulting in an additional delay of 15–20 minutes. At that point, we completely understand why many participants, as well as some members of our own team, chose not to continue.
To the VTCs and public players who stayed, waited, and supported us despite these difficulties - thank you. Your patience and support mean a great deal to us.
To those who had to leave early - we fully understand, and we sincerely apologize that we could not deliver the experience you deserved.

We recognize that events like this reflect directly on our reputation. While many of the issues were caused by technical problems beyond our control, we also acknowledge that clearer communication and better coordination from our side could have reduced confusion.
