Hello everyone,
Since we have not yet provided any detailed information about our Staff Team and most of the staff regulations were internal, it's time to publish these regulations as well as the description of each of our staff ranks. The decisive element of our community's staff recruitment process is the event activity and this activity is being monitored by our Upper Staff. With this being said, we will proceed on making a short description of our ranks, as follows:

The person who created the community. It is also the person with the highest authority and this person deals with a variety of tasks, such as mediating and making sure that the staff team and the drivers are happy within the community.
This person is in charge of the Upper Staff and Staff Team. There are plenty of tasks which the CEO is responsible of, such as making sure that the aspect of our community's VTC, Website, Discord and rules fit our purposes.
This is the person who can make changes to our Discord server, VTC page and ranks. Although most of the changes are handled solely by this rank, the most important changes need to be approved by the CEO and by the Founder.
This person is in charge of the Technology Officers and it also has the right to veto the truck which is being used in any of the upcoming events. It is also the person in charge of our private events and, when necessary, can become a convoy leader so that the event is developing properly.
The person in charge of the events which are attended by our community. This person can also make changes to our website and most of the tasks handled by this rank refer to actions such as accepting/declining an event and representing our community externally.
This person is in charge of the Human Resources rank and it is able to reverse a decision taken by the Human Resources department.
This person is in charge of our Media Team and it is also in charge of our Social Media platforms. High quality streams and projects are also among the tasks assigned to this rank.
The tech officers are in charge of the convoy saves and their highest priority is to make sure that the events that we are attending are developing in a good manner.
The Human Resources department is in charge of our community's recruitment process and they decide whether or not a person is suitable to join our community.
The Media Team is responsible for taking high quality pictures and recordings of the events which are attended by our community. Those who are part of our Media Team must follow our Media Manager's tips and rules so that they can provide high quality pictures and videos.
This is our current ranking system and internal set of rules. Those who are interested in joining our Staff Team must have a conversation with any of the above-mentioned ranks such as the Media Manager, the Senior Human Resources, Chief Technology Officer. In case any of these ranks are currently vacant, one of the higher ranks will have to deal with the task of recruiting a new Staff member.
