It's new managers because the team is getting too big. And the responsibility has become too much for the officials for this one of us new positions Each position has a role in the team and its own responsibilities for each team :

• HR Director TaZi-YoUsSeF He is responsible for the Human Resources Team
• CC Director Radouane Is responsible for all the CC Drivers
• Event Director Ihab Responsible for planning and organisation of Arab Transport Convoys and book the slot in external events
• Media Director Osman Özm Is responsible for all the Media Drivers

And with these new roles it will be a new push for the team, And the team will be more professional and you will decrease the responsibility on general manager, and the help will be more than the new managers.
